This package includes:

  • Day-of Itinerary (shared with vendors and all related parties)

• Assisting with theme & style creation, accompanied by a vision board

• Vendor & Venue correspondence including research, coordination, management, site visits and negotiations of:

  • Venue 

  • Two vendors of your choice 

• Planner will be the main point of contact for the two chosen vendors & venue

  • Client will receive updates solely from planner 

• Direction & attendance of wedding rehearsal 

• Full on-site management + assistant until the dancefloor is open and late-night food is served

• Any additional assistance needed leading up to the big day!
